Title: React Developer

Location: Cincinnati, OH(Hybrid Local)

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

• Accountable for proactively leading or supporting software engineering activities that create deliverables that guide the direction, development, and delivery of software solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required to deliver critical business solutions.
• Develop target-state guidance (i.e., reusable standards, design patterns, guidelines, individual parts, and configurations) to evolve the organization s development process.
• Conducts research, design, prototyping and other exploration activities to support dev/prep phase.
• Collaborates with the Kroger Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participates in design. Reviews design strategy with Consultant Technical Lead.
• Leverages paired programming to write code and automated acceptance test cases.
• Works with the Kroger Product Manager to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality, writing the code.
• Adheres to Kroger standards regarding code quality and uses design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and services.
• Participates in code reviews.
• Follows defined branching strategies. Checks new code into the shared source code repository meeting branching guideline requirements.
• Collaborates with Consultants Quality Assurance on test case creation.
