About this Role:
We’re seeking a Sr Frontend Engineer to join the Evolve engineering team and drive the next iteration of the Way2B1 platform. This key role will focus on technical excellence and leadership within our growing team. We have a clear product focus, a rapidly expanding enterprise client base, and an inspiring plan for direct-to-consumer engagement.
In this role, you’ll report to the Sr Engineering Manager on the Evolve team. You will work closely with Product and Engineering Leadership to drive and implement the future vision, ethos, and aesthetic of Way2B1. You will contribute to company strategy, play a core role in shaping and driving our technical roadmap, and ensure technical excellence throughout the platform.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React and Typescript.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with nx as a deploy mechanism.
