As a core member of the frontend engineering team, you will be responsible for developing modern, responsive, and accessible web applications using React and contemporary frontend tooling. You will take ownership of UI development, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve the quality, performance, and maintainability of the frontend codebase. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role that values impact, speed, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable user interfaces using React, preferably with TypeScript and modern build tools.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and reusable components aligned with web standards.
  • Implement efficient state management and routing solutions to support complex application flows.
  • Optimize frontend performance, including load times, bundle size, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST or GraphQL APIs seamlessly.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and support continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to shared component libraries, and help evolve frontend best practices.
  • Monitor and improve application quality through debugging, performance analysis, and user feedback.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have 2–5+ years of experience building production-grade React applications.
  • Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, with a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with modern React patterns, state management libraries, and frontend tooling.
  • A keen eye for performance, accessibility, and clean UI implementation.
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced environments and taking ownership of features.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Bonus if you have experience with Next.js, design systems, GraphQL, or frontend performance optimization.
