JobType: full-time

As a React Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building fast, accessible, and reliable web experiences, owning features end-to-end—from UI/UX implementation to performance and quality. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver modern, high-quality user interfaces that delight users and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript with modern tooling (Vite/Webpack).
• Implement state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query) and routing (React Router/Next.js).
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready components compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Optimize frontend performance, bundle sizes, and perceived load times using tools like Lighthouse and Web Vitals.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Instrument user experience with analytics, feature flags, and monitor applications using Sentry, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews and help evolve component libraries and design systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade React applications using hooks, context, and suspense basics.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, including Flexbox and Grid.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, and frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of web accessibility, security best practices (XSS, CSRF), and frontend performance optimization.
• Bonus: experience with Next.js App Router, SSR/SSG, edge rendering, Tailwind or CSS-in-JS styling, GraphQL, Storybook, microfrontends, and basic backend knowledge (Node/Express).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams.
