Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing, build, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js.
  2. Must demonstrate proficiency with Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG) and API Routes/Server Actions to optimize performance, SEO, and full-stack integration.
  3. Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance tuning.
  4. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  5. Work closely with the team to support project milestones and deployments.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. Strong proficiency in React Hooks and state management (e.g.,Redux or Context API) for building complex, data-driven user interfaces.
  3. Proven experience implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js to meet performance and SEO requirements.
  4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
  5. Responsible, independent, and able to manage time well in a part-time role.
  6. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
  2. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  3. Experience in start-up or product-based environments
