We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong backend expertise in Ruby on Rails and proven experience working with React.js in production. You will join an international team to help build and scale a high-impact platform with significant social value.

Solid experience as a Fullstack Developer with backend focus in Ruby on Rails
Hands-on experience working with React.js in production environments
Advanced English (mandatory) – interviews include meetings with international stakeholders
Current residence in Argentina (mandatory)

Selection process:

Interview with People team
Technical interview with the team lead (based in Silicon Valley)
Two interviews with the final client (one technical, one cultural)

Position Details:

Location: Argentina (mandatory)
Work modality: Full-time, direct hire on client’s payroll

Final client industry: Edtech / Marketplace for children’s activities
Budget range: Candidates will not be discarded based on expectations, but priority will be given to those with salary expectations equal to or below USD 8,500 gross per month.
