About the Role:

WorkIPO is seeking a Software Development Engineer II (Full Stack) with at least 2 years of experience in React and one or more backend technologies: Django, Flask, Node.js, Express.js. This full-time, permanent position, based in Mumbai, offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects for top-tier, multi-million-dollar US clients across various industries. As an SDE II, you will actively contribute to the development of web applications and databases while working alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, design, and develop software applications and databases using React, and one or more backend technologies: Django, Flask, Node.js, Express.js.
• Collaborate closely with both front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
• Assist in scaling and optimizing web applications.
• Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end web applications at scale.
• Utilize PostgreSQL for backend services and database management.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all operations and data.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in React and one or more backend technologies (Django, Flask, Node.js, Express.js).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality, bug-free code.
• Effective communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the design and deployment of complex web applications at scale.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL for backend services and database management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a passion for technology and innovation.
