Responsibilities

Develop, design, and maintain mobile and web applications focusing on high performance, quality, and responsiveness
Optimize application code to improve performance and scalability by identifying and addressing areas for enhancement
Create clear technical documentation and user guides for implemented features to support user understanding and maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with strong software development education
Proven technical expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API, and native iOS/Android development
Experience using SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
Proficiency with git version control system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and convey technical information
Excellent analytical skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to diverse software engineering technologies and techniques
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
