Job Summary

Develop, design, and maintain high-performance mobile and web applications while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment ensuring quality, scalability, and robust functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain mobile and web applications focusing on high performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Optimize application code to improve performance and scalability by identifying and addressing areas for enhancement
  • Create clear technical documentation and user guides for implemented features to support user understanding and maintenance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
  • Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with strong software development education
  • Proven technical expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API, and native iOS/Android development
  • Experience using SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
  • Proficiency with git version control system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and convey technical information
  • Excellent analytical skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to diverse software engineering technologies and techniques
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
