ZSs Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead end to end responsibility of project across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operations. This team seeks opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual’s professional growth and bring the best in delivering world class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS’s proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, high-performing web applications using React.js on the frontend and FastAPI on the backend.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with frontend components.
• Ensure consistent implementation of modern UI/UX practices across web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Architecture & Implementation

• Implement state management using tools such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Build microservices-based backend solutions using FastAPI, integrating with databases and third-party services.
• Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, CloudFront) for application hosting, scalability, and optimization.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or other CI/CD tools.

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to architect and deliver cloud-native applications.
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment across development, QA, and release cycles.

Code Quality, Testing & Monitoring

• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for both frontend and backend codebases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues using tools such as AWS CloudWatch or other observability platforms.
• Adopt and enforce security best practices, including authentication/authorization using AWS Cognito or similar services.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, articulating project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Build strong working relationships across teams to foster collaboration and shared accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
