React JS Developer

We are looking for a Lead ReactJS Developer to lead the development of enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting frontend solutions, mentoring developers, and integrating seamlessly with Node.js backends and GraphQL APIs.
You will be responsible for developing responsive UI components, driving UI/UX best practices, maintaining code quality standards, ensuring scalability across the codebase, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of robust, scalable web applications

Work closely with backend engineers to integrate GraphQL and RESTful services

Define frontend architecture and enforce code quality across the team

Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver a seamless user experience

Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews

Guide the adoption of component-driven development and microfrontend strategies

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling

Proficiency in Redux for state management

Experience with Node.js in a full-stack or integration capacity

Deep understanding of GraphQL APIs and query performance optimization

Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, unit testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools

Experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries

Exposure to Storybook or similar tools for component showcasing and documentation

Proven experience in microfrontend architecture and large-scale web application design

Demonstrated ability to lead development teams or act as a technical lead
