Position Overview:
Diligent is looking for Frontend Software Engineers who would love to join our Secure File Sharing team! SFS is Diligent’s primary solution for managing important and sensitive documents within a boardroom. SFS integrates with multiple Diligent products and is key to the overall Modern Governance technology strategy. It is a microservice based architecture written primarily in Golang (backend services) and React (frontend).
Our tech-stack:
- React 17-18
- Typescript
- Testing Library, Jest
- Webpack, Redux, MUI
- GitHub, GitHub Actions
- Nightwatch for e2e testing
- AWS, CDK (Migration is in progress)
- GO for backend if you are interested in
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, review, and test assigned features and user stories
- Collaborate with the product owners
- Cooperate with team members to improve team processes and technical solutions
- Assist of high quality operational and system documentation
- Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of the software to production
Required Experience/Skills
- 2+ year’s hands-on experience in development with React, TypeScript and Redux
- Commitment to producing well tested and documented code
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM/Lean software development
- Successfully manage own workload and take personal responsibility and ownership for delivery, behaviors, and self-improvement
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and Helm charts
- Experience with event-base architectures and messaging patterns
- Experience with AWS or with other cloud systems
- Keen to learn more about new languages and frameworks
- Willingness to extend their knowledge in Full-Stack direction
- Experience with Microservices architecture
