About the role

The Staff Fullstack Engineer owns complex features across secure frontend applications and backend services, combining strong product engineering with platform and identity-domain concerns.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack features for high-impact authentication and access experiences.
• Build React and TypeScript frontend systems and Java/Spring Boot backend services.
• Design reliable REST APIs and data models backed by systems such as MySQL.
• Improve security, scalability, performance, testing, observability, and operational quality.
• Partner with product, design, security, platform, and other engineering teams.
• Provide staff-level technical leadership, architecture guidance, reviews, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Extensive full-stack software-engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript frontend skills plus Java/Spring or comparable backend experience.
• Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, distributed systems, testing, and production operations.
• Strong security mindset and ability to lead ambiguous, cross-team technical initiatives.
