We are looking for a highly skilled React Lead to drive the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performing front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, and Micro-Frontend architectures, along with strong cloud and testing expertise. This is a senior technical role requiring the ability to work independently and provide leadership within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 - 10 years of hands-on front-end development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive UI).
  
• 6+ years of experience building SPAs using React/Redux and Angular.
  
• Strong proficiency in React (Hooks) and TypeScript.
  
• Experience with Micro-Frontend architecture (Module Federation or other frameworks).
  
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions on AWS Cloud.
  
• Deep understanding of unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and E2E testing.
  
• Strong knowledge of UI performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and secure coding practices.
  
• Experience using Git (command-line tools, workflows, branching strategies).
  
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and guide team members.
