Challenge


As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing user interfaces and improving the overall user experience, while contributing to strategic architectural decisions and mentoring the technical team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on work using technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


What you'll do


- Upgrade and enhance the UIs, ensuring a seamless and modern user experience.

- Write high-quality, maintainable code in collaboration with the Product team.

- Have a high degree of autonomy and influence on the culture and direction of the technical organization.

- Contribute to improving front-end engineering standards and processes.

- Collaborate with back-end engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.


In order to succeed in this position, you will need:


Mandatory skills

Care deeply about front-end development and writing high-quality, scalable code.

- 5+ years of experience in React.

- Have strong experience in React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

- Thrive in highly collaborative engineering teams.

- Emphasize transparent and positive communication.

- Are passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces


Nice to have

- Experience with design systems and scalable component architecture

- Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices

- Understanding of web performance and interface optimization

- Background in startups or agile environments

- Interest in product design or close collaboration with UX/UI teams

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js)

- Familiarity with Ruby or general back-end integration concepts
