THE POSITION

As a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer for FrontRow's Web team, you will have the opportunity to define the next generation of creator-focused platforms and shape the future of the creator space. You will be a key member of our Web Team and will help shape and develop our web and API platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end testing experience, including using tools like Cypress or Playwright in CI/CD Pipelines.

We are a collaborative and encouraging engineering team that enjoys building software and working with other engineering, product, and design teams to ship new customer-centric features.

We are a startup looking for a year 2 candidate that does well in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Communication skills highly required.

Our technology is currently being built with: React, React Native, TypeScript, Zustand, Github, AWS, Go, Postgres, and we are migrating from GraphQL to REST.

This role could be upgraded to a Staff level position for the right candidate.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with other members of the Web Team via written and realtime communication, including frequent pair programming and hacking sessions. We frequently leverage tools like video-meetings, code live-share, looms, PRs, and share knowlegde in slack and notion.

• Ability to serve as a feature tech lead and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend services, design, and product

• Architecting and implementing user interfaces

• Optimizing client application performance and scalability

• Spiking out new features/integrations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive React and e2e testing exeperience is a must

• Minimum 2 years experience working with e2e tools like Playwright, especially in CI/CD Pipelines

• 6+ years of experience in web development

• Minimum 2+ years with React

• Minimum 1 year with React Native

• Minimum 2 years of API development as a full-stack engineer

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript

• Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization techniques with a focus on delivering high-quality user interfaces.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and own features

• Extensive experience with getting features and code to production.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Playwright tests

• Previous experience in video streaming or OTT platforms.

• Familiarity with query frameworks (e.g., Apollo, useSWR, React-Query) and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Vite, Rollup).

• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.

• Experience with State Managers (e.g., Redux, Zustand)

• Familiarity with NX or other Monorepos
