We are looking for React Lead for our client in Santa Clara, CA Job Title: React Lead Job Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Type: Contract
Job Description: Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, estimation, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor onsite and offshore development teams.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
  • Identify skill gaps and support team development through training and guidance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML features into web applications (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow.js, Hugging Face).
  • Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered coding assistants.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global teams and managing offshore delivery.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python) is a plus.
