React Developer

Location: Washington DC, (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance React applications using functional components, hooks, and modern ES6+ JavaScript.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.

Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management with Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, handle authentication (e.g., JWT, OAuth), and ensure secure data handling.

Write clean, testable code with Jest, React Testing Library, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Debug, troubleshoot, and refactor existing codebases for better maintainability and scalability.

Stay updated on React ecosystem trends like Next.js, React Native, or server-side rendering (SSR).

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional React.js experience, including hooks, Redux, and component lifecycle management.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Tailwind CSS or styled-components), and responsive design frameworks like Material-UI or Ant Design.

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, with experience in build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm/yarn).

Familiarity with Git for version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
