We're building AI-powered automation tools for freelancers and small agencies. Working MVP already parsing Excel files, generating personalized emails, and integrating with Gmail. Now need a technical co-founder to scale.
What You'll Own:

Complete technical architecture and codebase
Refactor existing React/Node.js/TypeScript MVP
Build scalable microservices architecture
Implement new features (PDF generation, advanced data processing)
Lead future technical hires

Current Stack:

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend: Node.js, Express
AI: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
Deploy: Vercel/Render

What We're Looking For:

3+ years full-stack experience
Strong React & Node.js skills
Experience with data processing (Excel/CSV)
Ability to refactor and scale existing code
Startup mindset

The Opportunity:

50M+ freelancers globally (huge market)
Real problem: they waste 10+ hours/week on repetitive tasks
Initial user validation complete

Compensation:

30% equity (4-year vesting)
CTO title
Small salary once revenue starts (within 3-6 months)

15+ years in creative industry, now fully committed to NYRA. Working 12+ hours/day. You handle tech, I handle business/sales/product.
